I have gotten several requests for recipes of dishes pictured in one of my previous posts, and pictured here again, above each recipe. I don’t actually do “recipes” per se – i just more or less chop, slice, and throw into a pot or bowl. But I have included a list of ingredients below, to get you started. All these ingredients are fresh, unless it’s indicated that they are spices.

SPICY BROCCOLI STIR FRY

Heat avocado oil in A pan, then add the following, stir-frying on medium heat:

  • Broccoli
  • Leeks
  • Tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Tamari almonds
  • Ginger
  • Pears
  • Brussel sprouts
  • Sea salt
  • Chili pepper
  • Garlic powder

ORANGE AVOCADO SALAD

  • Avocado 
  • Orange
  • Basil
  • Spring onions
  • Tomato
  • Lemon juice
  • Mixed bell peppers
  • Radishes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Vinegar
  • Head of garlic

HAPPY CARROT SALAD

  • Carrots
  • Beets
  • Ginger
  • Apples
  • Cashews
  • Raisins
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Lemon juice
  • Pumpkin spice (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
  • Mayonnaise 

MUSHROOM BROCCOLI SOUP

  • Mushroom
  • Broccoli
  • Tomatoes
  • Cashew milk (put ⅔ water to ⅓ cashews in blender)
  • Garlic
  • Red Onion
  • Brussel sprouts
  • Garlic powder 
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Sea salt
