Breathe

I open the door
To the expansive grey sky
Inviting me to fly
Above the treetops of the
Healing forest that
Surrounds me permeates me

And I understand
That I cannot be contaminated
By your darkness
Because I am Light
Invoking
The absolute alchemy
That has manifested eternally

Darkness dispels
Immediately transforms
In the presence of Light

And so I understand
That as soon as you enter my field
You are gone
And all that remains
Are Love Grace Kindness
The vibrations of my essential goodness

And so I understand
That in these moments of encounter
All I have to do
Is remember who I am
And Breathe
