What Needs to Shift

I’ve been
Chasing explaining persuading
For a lifetime now
And I’m wondering
What I need to shift internally
To extricate myself from this role
I thought you needed
The information energy strategy
But you lack the will entirely
Making my efforts useless pointless
And self destructive
From the ensuing frustration
