Verbal garbage
I grew up in a home
Were it was the norm
Entrapping ensnaring
It took decades
To untangle discern
And to remove myself from its
Devastating damage
Which you call “not abuse”
Thinking that what you see
Is what is
Your ignorance
Is amplified by your arrogance
And you are invasive
