You want what I have
Demanding it by your actions and inactions
Calling for my love to take shape
In the form of rescue
From yourself
As you condemn me hate me spit on me
Do everything in your power
Consciously or unconsciously
To undermine my own life wellness choices
And ultimately peace
You effectively demand my servitude
At your beck and call
Loving me like the predator
The mother who eats her young
My Life hangs in the balance
Painful painful
I want another model
Which you refuse to participate in creating
And so I step up to the challenge
Lift my head open my heart face the stars
And yell “NO!” toward the Universe
Ripple effect
A quiet internal whisper of “yes”
Opening the portal
Rescuing retrofitting rebirthing myself
