Expanding
is the opposite of
Contracting
I want to breathe into
and through
The contrated places
Releasing the dark sticky tar
But I fear
That my breath
Will get contaminated
By your poison
And travel through
Intermingling
So that I become
An unwilling participant
In your perversion
In the interest
Of Purity Truth Innocence and Beauty
I contract
Shut off
Close the bridges and Gateways
Say NO with each cell each pore
A statement
That I have nothing to do
With your decay
And yet in the process of
Shutting you out
I also
Shut myself down
And so I return
To the Breath
The River of Life
Exploring Expanding
Trusting Knowing
That this Purity
Flowing through me
Is more powerful
Than your Darkness
Breathing in
Breathing through
Breathing out
Disintegrating the tar
So that
Particle by particle
It leaves me
And I am free
With the Light pouring through
Like when I was
A newborn Baby
