The hysteria
That used to embody me
Now swirls around
Outside me
And I just let it
Filling up the peaceful space
Inside me

The force of Creation
Is stronger
Than that of destruction
But destruction
is easier faster
More expedient
Which is why so many
Reach for it
When seeking power

I open the door
To the expansive grey sky
Inviting me to fly
Above the treetops of the
Healing forest that
Surrounds me permeates me

And I understand
That I cannot be contaminated
By your darkness
Because I am Light
Invoking
The absolute alchemy
That has manifested eternally

Darkness dispels
Immediately transforms
In the presence of Light

And so I understand
That as soon as you enter my field
You are gone
And all that remains
Are Love Grace Kindness
The vibrations of my essential goodness

And so I understand
That in these moments of encounter
All I have to do
Is remember who I am
And Breathe
